The engagement

What the work involves.

A tender brings together information from operations, management and administration. We organise those inputs into a response that explains the proposed resourcing, methods and service delivery, with relevant evidence where the buyer asks for it.

What you receive.

01

Response plan

A working structure aligned with the tender questions, schedules and evaluation criteria.

02

Draft response

Written content developed from your team’s information, relevant experience and agreed delivery approach.

03

Evidence and clarification list

A clear record of supporting material, unanswered questions and details your team needs to confirm.

04

Review and handover

The agreed review rounds and a final working document for your approval and submission.

How it works.

  1. Read the request

Establish the response format, required attachments, evaluation criteria and closing requirements.

  2. Gather business inputs

Work with your nominated contact to understand your team, relevant projects and proposed approach.

  3. Draft and refine

Develop the response, flag gaps, incorporate agreed feedback and check consistency across the submission.

What we need from you.

  • The tender documents, schedules and any issued addenda
  • A nominated contact who can obtain operational and commercial input
  • Relevant project examples, team information and delivery methods
  • Existing capability material and supporting documents requested by the buyer

We agree how to share sensitive documents before you send them.

Scope and responsibilities.

The scope identifies the sections, supporting material and review rounds included. Your team supplies and verifies business facts, determines pricing, approves commitments and submits the final response. Legal advice, technical certification and a guaranteed award are not included.

Common questions.

Can you work on only part of a tender?

Yes. A defined section or group of responses can be scoped where your team is completing the rest. We agree the interfaces and review responsibilities at the outset.

What if our source material is incomplete?

We identify the missing inputs early. Your team will need to provide or approve the underlying facts and evidence; we do not invent project experience, capabilities or supporting records.

Will you submit the tender for us?

Final approval and submission remain with your business. The handover and timing will be agreed so you can complete your checks and lodgement.
