The engagement

What the work involves.

A useful review asks whether each answer does its job: responds to the question, explains the delivery approach and provides the requested evidence. We assess the agreed draft against the tender requirements and give your team a prioritised revision list.

What you receive.

01

Criteria-based review

An assessment of the agreed draft against the questions and evaluation criteria supplied.

02

Gap and consistency findings

Missing evidence, incomplete answers, unclear commitments and inconsistencies identified for attention.

03

Prioritised recommendations

Written feedback that distinguishes important gaps from lower-priority improvements.

04

Review discussion

An agreed handover discussion to clarify the findings and the next steps for your team.

How it works.

  1. Confirm the review scope

Agree the draft version, tender requirements, review depth and time available for revisions.

  2. Assess the response

Read the draft alongside the request, checking relevance, evidence, structure and consistency.

  3. Prioritise improvements

Provide actionable recommendations so your team knows what to change before final approval.

What we need from you.

  • The complete request, evaluation criteria and relevant addenda
  • The draft version you want reviewed, with its supporting schedules

Common questions.

Is this a proofread?

Proofreading can be part of a review, but the focus is the substance of the bid: whether it answers the requirements and presents a credible, evidenced delivery approach.

Can you review a partly completed draft?

Yes, if the scope makes clear which sections are ready and what is still being developed. The recommendations will reflect the maturity of the material supplied.

Can you make the changes as well?

We can discuss a separate or combined writing scope. The review itself provides findings and recommendations; drafting changes is not assumed to be included.
