A small tender may be around A$2,500 and a larger tender around A$5,000. These are benchmarks, not fixed packages or minimum charges.

These examples are not quotes. The activity hours already allow realistically for expected coordination, complexity, review and revisions. Your accepted written estimate determines the scope and cap; actual recorded work determines the charge.
Before paid work starts
The working agreement.
A general enquiry or discovery request does not commit you to paid work. The initial 30-minute discovery is free; any paid assessment or working meeting is separately identified in the accepted estimate.
Written scope
Deliverables, activities, rates, maximum fee, milestones and included revisions are agreed in writing.
Actual time
Records identify the activity, role and actual time to the minute. Unverifiable AI-admin time, waiting and unattended tool runs are not charged.
Reconciled advance
A 50% advance is credited against actual charges. The itemised balance is due in seven calendar days; an excess advance is refunded.
Written variations
Additional scope or work above the cap requires an agreed written variation before it proceeds.
