The enquiry form

The form prepares a draft in your own email application when you select “Email your enquiry”. This website does not send the email, upload the form entries to a server or save those entries in a database or browser storage. You choose whether to send the draft from your email app.

Your browser or email app may retain information according to your own settings. You can also contact Mandex directly at support@mandex.com.au.

When you email us

If you send an email, your email provider and Mandex’s email provider process that message. Mandex receives the information you choose to include, such as your name, business contact details and enquiry. We use it to respond, assess the support you need and discuss an engagement.

Emails may be retained to manage enquiries, provide agreed services and keep business records. Please contact us if you want to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have sent. Some records may need to be kept where required by law.

Browsing this website

The website does not include marketing analytics, advertising trackers or browser-storage features. The hosting provider may process technical access information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Sharing tender material

Please do not include confidential documents, personal records or commercially sensitive tender details in your first enquiry. We will agree the appropriate way to share material before it is needed. There is no document-upload facility on this website.
